Uol
UOL was one of the first companies I worked for focused on products, it was my first experience working alongside a Product Owner, along with a large team of developers.
I had the opportunity to work in many areas of the site, such as economics, entertainment, and education. The focus has always been on delivering the best scalable content structure to the user, facilitating development with less cost to the company.
I had two products that I worked on in more depth, one was the central of newsletter and the other was the Correção Online, a product that has an interactive card game style, where the user corrects his test according to his answers before same as the official ENEM results(The National High School Examination).
The interactive Correção Online was a product designed to reduce the correction time with practicality for the user, who in a few minutes had his test corrected long before the official result of the exam. At the time, we articulated decisions between professors, and interviews with users and aligned the development a lot so that it had the maximum possible optimization, but that did not lose the quality of the proposal. The product was a success and is still used by the company today.
In addition, I worked on the newsletter structure, which is also an existing product so far in the way I designed it. It is super scalable, making room for all the themes that UOL works on.

Correção Online.

iFood
iFood has become one of the largest companies in the delivery business in Brazil, operating extensively in Food and expanding new businesses such as quick-commerce, Groceries, Farma, and Pet.
It was there in April/2020 that I had the opportunity to be part of the design team, working in front of groceries as a Senior Product Designer, 12 people to build together the best experience for groceries consumers. The biggest concern at the time was always balancing what consumers wanted, with what was important for the business, along with the existing technical limitations that constantly affected the product (Also, taking into account the huge impact at the time due to the pandemic).
The results? yes, they did, there were many discoveries, surveys, tests, group work, and a lot, but a lot of dedication to making the best possible experience for consumers. We created some visions seeking to predict the future, and many features that sought to impact GMV, number of orders, average ticket, and our darling NPS. We managed to increase the business by 5x, in addition to drastically impacting the behavior of the iFood consumer, who today consumes, in addition to the market, new assortments such as pet and pharmacy.
In September/2021 I started a new great challenge which is to lead five squads that are part of the consumer team in groceries, where five incredible people work from end to end on the product, from choosing a merchant/store to the end following up on an order, always with the mindset of what problem is being solved and how much we are changing the shopping experience in the market.
So far, it's been three years and a few months of dedication to feeding the future of the world with iFood.

Accenture
In May/2019 I started my work as a Consultant Designer at Concrete Solutions, a company shortly after I joined Accenture, a multinational management consulting, information technology, and outsourcing company, one of the largest consulting companies in the world.
Intending to work on a project still in its infancy called Iti, Itaú's digital bank (one of the largest banks in Latin America), my mission was to act as a consulting designer in the acquisition squad, helping to make the product even more attractive and efficient in attracting new users.
It was at Concrete that I had many opportunities to expand my knowledge in hard and soft skills, generating impact both in methodologies, processes, visual refinement, and mainly working with the limitations existing in the product.
